Since 1993, when we were established, our goal has been the digital archiving of documents. We specialize in the digitalization of archives and unique books and manuscripts (stitched and bound), files, newspapers, catalogues and large-size publications, e.g. maps, plans, technical drawings, etc. We also scan microfilms and convert files to microfilms. We are especially equipped to digitalize audio/video materials and 3D objects.
In addition to these services, we also sell special book scanners and cameras, which we have already sold to many archives, libraries and museums in Poland. What we provide includes the latest automatic scanners (scanning robots) and self-service scanners. Our archiving offices are located in 11 towns in Poland and in Lviv (Ukraine). Our company employs over 80 people and provides a comprehensive microfilming service and scanning of archives and library collections.

The greatest digitization services we have completed for the National Ossolinski Institute (Wrocław), Thomson Corporation (USA), Polish Academy of Sciences Library (Gdańsk), the National Archive in Poznan. Currently we are realizing a very large project of scanning Polish collections, which are in stock of Scientific Library of Lviv.

Digital library - „dLibra” software
dLibra is widely used by institutions such as academic and public libraries to share their collections in digital forms. Currently dLibra system is the most popular software for building digital libraries in Poland. It is used by over 150 institutions to build digital libraries. dLibra enables creating professional repositories of digital documents and sharing them with other people and systems on the Internet. Data exchange is based on generally recognized standards and protocols such as RSS, RDF, MARC, DublinCore or OAI-PMH. Digital libraries based on dLibra offer their users many developed options such as searching through the content of gathered resources, searching through bibliographic descriptions using a dictionary of synonyms, grouping digital publications and navigation within their structure or precise and expanded abilities to define rules for access to resources. We also have other software for managing digital archives and card catalog systems.
E-Storage
We have the ability to store electronic collections in large quantities. We can store scanned files for a specified period of time. This applies both to files already submitted as well as files created in current scanning projects. We provide fast access to archived files and guarantee their complete safety. We offer free trial period, which lasts two months. In the case of the renewal of agreement for digital data archiving, the price is calculated depending on the amount of stored data.
